Day 2 Detox Lunch: Tofu Whole Grain Wrap

This tofu, hummus, veggie wrap accompanies Day 2 of the Koni 3 day detox with healthy food.


Ingredients:

  • 1 whole grain tortilla wrap
  • 2 ounces hummus
  • 1-2 lettuce leaves
  • 3-4 slices tofu, gently pan-fried and sliced into 1/4 inch thick rectangles
  • sliced tomatoes
  • lemon wedges


    Directions:

    1. Lay tortilla wrap flat and spread desired amount of hummus on half, not touching edges of wrap.
    2. Place lettuce on top of hummus and position sliced tofu, covering the lettuce.
    3. Add tomatoes and squeeze a little lemon on them.
    4. To wrap, fold in sides first then roll body forward, tucking ingredients inside as you go.


    Enjoy with a cup of Koni Holy Detox Herbal Tea.
