| Day 3 Detox Bath: Koni Sleepy Time Milk Bath |

![]() What is better than soaking in smooth tub of milk? Adding the antioxidant powers of tea of course! In this recipe I used Koni Sleepy Time which contains chamomile to help you unwind, and rooibos to help soothe your skin. Light a few candles, put on your favorite tunes, and get ready to detox, unwind, and escape. Ingredients: Directions: 1. Combine tea, milk powder, and cornstarch in a bowl. 2. Divide in half 3. Put half in a tea filter and tie with a string. Don't tie it too tight- leave room for the leaves to expand when it hits the warm bath water. Repeat with the other tea filter. 4. Place the bags in a warm bath tub and relax. |
