At the first sign of a cold or flu, or if you are exposed to someone who is ill, try this healthy recipe to boost your immune system and ward off illness. I drink this even when I am feeling good as a daily preventative. Ingredients: Directions A: 1. Brew 4 teaspoons of the Koni Throat Revival and Immunity Booster in 16 oz of boiling water. Let it steep for 5 minutes, discard the leaves. Let it cool. 2. Put all of this in a magic bullet blender and puree Directions B: Put all the ingredients in an Koni 2 Cup Teapot with Infuser. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil and add to the 2 cup teapot. Place the teapot with the ingredients over a stove on low heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Add lemon and cinnamon to taste if desired. |
