Cold Fighting Smoothie

Fight a cold with this refreshing smoothie blended with peaches, tropical fruits, ginger, and Koni Immunity Booster Tea! I like mine a little spicy so I add an extra teaspoon of ginger. Add more honey if you like it a little sweeter. I chose coconut milk because the flavor is delicious with the tropical fruits. Plus, coconut milk is super good for you! Turtle Mountain - So Delicious makes a good coconut milk and their almond milk would be great with this recipe as well.

Koni Cold Fighting Smoothie


Ingredients:

  • 2 C chilled Koni Immunity Booster
  • 1 C coconut milk or almond milk
  • 1 Banana, frozen
  • 2 C of assorted fresh or frozen fruit (I used pineapple, mango, and peaches)
  • ½-1 Tsp grated fresh ginger (I used 1 tsp)
  • 1 T honey


    Directions:

    Blend on high until it's smooth and creamy. Serve in a Koni Double Wall Mug.
