Stay Young and Stay Slim Smoothie!
It’s never too soon to prevent oxidative stress and fight as many free radicals as you can. This anti-aging smoothie is loaded with long-term-health boosters. Tropical fruit and Simply Slim tea are potent sources of antioxidants, slimming power, and flaxseed is full of inflammation-fighting omega-3s. It also contains yogurt, a source of bone-strengthening calcium and immune-supporting probiotics. This not only tastes great, but the vitamins, protein, and fiber will provide lasting energy throughout the day!
1 cup of chilled, cubed pineapple, mango, peaches, banana (this is what I had in the house but you can add your favorite fruit)
1/2 cup chilled KONI Simply Slim
½ cup of low fat vanilla yogurt
1/2 lemon juiced
1 teaspoon of honey
1 tablespoon of ground flax seed
2 tsp of Mona Vie juice
Place everything in a blender and process until it is smooth.
